Yesterday, I installed iTunes and was asked to reboot. When I hit reboot, my computer shut off instead. When I turned my computer back on, I got the blue screen of death. I can't start windows normally, repair windows, use the last best known configuration, reinstall the operating system, or even enter safe mode. I have absolutely no access to my computer. I have many important files on my hard drive that are not backed up. How can I fix this blue screen and recover my files. I desperately need these files and can't afford to go to Geek Squad and pay $318. Can someone help me?

First of all please give me few details:

What are the specifications of your computer?
Do you have multiple partitions on your hard disk (preferably if one is empty, it would greatly)?
Do you have original windows OS media for installation?
