C++ Error message

I received an error message while trying to run a symantec antivirus system sweep today. The attached file is the exact error that i received. I'd appreciate any information that anyone can give me about this message.

your computer is more than likey infected with trojans, you should download the latest version of STINGER, also http://www.prevx.com/, uninstall any IE toolbars as well. Using SuperAntiSpyWare is also very helpfull. hope this helps

Thanks for the help. I don't use IE or have any tool bars installed, but im going to try the prevx anti spyware you suggested.
