The gist of it is already in the description.
What I want to know is this:
My printer I have at home (Canon MS560) has WiFi built in.
The other day, I set up a shared network connection in which the printer is one unit. FIY: the network-router uses DHCP.
All in all, I can print wirelessly from my laptop successfully as long as I'm within the router's wireless range.
Is it somehow possible for me to print a document from my laptop, provided I've activated the printer, from work? (Out of wireless range?)
Without having to use a 4 mile long cable... (imagine the static!)
Quick idea, possibly via the internet-connection I use at work?
All further questions will be answered.
