Can I put a cheap video card in my laptop?

So here's what "Can you run it" had to say. I was wondering if it is even possilbe to put a cheap video card in my laptop?

By the way, most laptops cannot have their onboard Video card updated (as the Video is connected to the actual Mobo).

it does not appear in u're message, I do not have instructions but if u look in that link kimsland gave ,nd be sure check the box that says let it be viewable at the start or end, it will be there.
