Can not find my Recycle Bin?

Well it was on my desk top,and I looked in the search bar. But still could not fine it.
I have Vista on my laptop, so were do I need to go to fine it?

I do not have a vista machine infront of me right at this moment so sorry if my steps are misleading or you can't find it.. You should be able to go to your Control Panel, then go to Personalization.. Under there do you see anything to Edit your Desktop Icons? If there is, go to that, and put a check in the box for Recycle Bin..

Start->Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Personalization then click "change desktop icons" check the Recycle Bin box and press "OK".

You should be able to find it in My Computer listed on the desktop, another option is to right click on desktop select view and see if show desktop icons is selected.
