Can not uninstall IE 7 preview 2 1st edition

Made a big mistake cleaning out the uninstal files needed to revert to IE 6 or to update to IE 7 preview 2 refresh out on March 20. Does anyone have the file $NtUninstallie7bet2p$ which would allow the uninstal back to IE 6. This file resides in c:\windows. Or is there any other way to get rid of IE 7 so I can move back to 6 or upgrade? Thanks.
