Cannot access any files on word 2010

I put a ssd drive in my computer and using my hdd as storage but when I try to access any files on word it says user does not have access privilages and I am the administrator can anyone help

So you are booting from a new drive and the old drive is now a 'slave'. It might have something to do with 'ownership'...see if this post helps: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/270193-32-data-drive-computer-admin-permission.
