Cannot connect to the network

Hi All,

I am runnng Windows XP and cannot connect to the network. i've removed everything and still not be able to renew ip address.
How do I unstall the TCPIP in the network properties not giving me any options to do it.

Done flushdns but when i renew ip it's giving me error.

Please help.
