Anyone pls help me i ccant Cannot Drag or Copy and Paste File!!

Note: i can copy or paste at notepad or in my browser.

Please supply a great deal more information.
What is your OS and SP level,
Has the problem suddenly appeared, and if so, following any unusual event?
You speak of drag and copy or paste file. Am I to understand you mean within Windows explorer you cannot drag and drop a file from one directory to another?
You don't mean drag and drop text from one application window to another?
Do you have any malware protection, and if so what is it, and has it recently detected any problem and claimed to have cured it....or not?

Try to give an exact description of what you are accustomed to doing but which now fails, and if any error messages appear as you do so.
