Cannot finish install and/or uninstall iTunes

Windows 7 is old now and if you are not one of the diehards it's a good time to upgrade to Windows 10. You may then find it easier to sort out the iTunes issue.

It's looking like you'll need to put up with this until you crack it yourself. I'd reconsider a Windows upgrade so you are running current versions of Windows and whatever is up to date for iPhones. That way you will at least be moving forward rather than wasting time. Be sure to post and let us now how you get on.
