Cannot open task manager, command prompt, Picasa

Cannot able to open my task manager, even tried to install anti virus, but its not working.kindly help . hijack this file is attached.

If you click start>run>taskmgr and you get "being used by another process" then you have a virus.

You appear to have Bitdefender and Kaspersky anti virus installed, please confirm.
