Can't install windows, can't boot from CD

i reformat my pc hp pavillion dv 6000 smoothly running,,,,,,,suddenly power out..then it came bck but i check my monitor and it says retry-enter f3-quit the installation..i did click the enter for retrying but its not workin i wait like 20 mins but its not workin so i click f3 to quit the installation...it says have to set up again but when i have to set up again my cd rom stop workin and it says system 32 ntoskrnl.exe corrupt...ty in advance hoping for your immediat help ty much!!!

hi ty for ur reply..................do i have a pc with a drive of floppy disk??? i dont have it... is there any other method....i have a usb 2.0 external drive can i use it....ive got this error could not start windows system32 ntoskrnl exe.corrupt.............ty so much for ur respone appreciatte it ..love this site happy holidays!!!!!!!!!!!!!
