Okay, here's one that I'm embarrassed to say has stumped me. Although, I haven't pulled all the stops yet, so technically I'm not stumped - haha.

Anyway, here's the deal. I've got shared folders on my network. I can see them on my XP machines, but not on the lone Vista machine.

The PC with the folders is an XP machine, as logic may tell you. All the other XPs are desktops, connected on a LAN. The Vista is a notebook using WiFi, but it can't see the folders when directly connected either.

The XP file server was Vista a few days ago, but we decided to go back to XP after months of trouble with the printer. The laptop was able to see the folders when the server was Vista, if that's of any help.

Wow, that description is a long unorganized ramble. Lemme try to break it down:

Fileserver: XP Pro
Client: Vista Home Premium
Problem: Can't see shared files.

Ok that's simpler. Any help is much appreciated.
