Cant show hidden files

hi techspot,
my problem is when i change the value of hidden and show all at the registry,the files cant show...when i delete the value and change it(show all)and when i click it again to the hidden the checkedvalue of show all keeps coming back to 0...and i delete all the folder in registry but still it doesnt work at all...what will be my best move to kick out that virus at what kind of virus!!thanks in advance
