Cash register error

Please, I need help. I don't know if it's the right place to ask. I should have made the following commands on a Daisy Perfect M cash register: 1 QTY (price) CLK PLU TOTAL. But I didnt press PLU, I went straight for TOTAL. now it shows error 06 and says start paying. I don't know what to do to reset it to the way it was. Please.
