ok here's the situation , my last burner the laser went out. so i had to buy a new one when i installed it , the computer says its working properly, but when i go to view on my computer or write a cd the system cant find the drivers. i've tried editing the registry with the 1,2,3 value trick. still didnt work. i tried re-installing the drives. still didnt work. so now i'm stuck with the cd-rom drive not being recognized now.. so both drives arent recognized through programs(windows media player/nero/iomega hotburn) or my computer. please someone help! this is very frustrating.
