I have a win2k machine, sp4 that when trying to change the system font the following message is displayed:

Windows Setup has not changed the requested settings. You may not have the required Administrative privlages to install or uninstall new files or drivers. Please contact your administrator.

This happens even when logged in as administrator and I get no option to look for the files it seems to think its wants.

HELP!!! Thanks in advance!

System fonts like Marlett.ttf have the attribute H (=hidden)
Remove this attribute from the one you want to change and try it again, making sure to set the attribute of that other font also to H.
If it does not work, DEFINITELY set the attribute of the original font back to H before you shut down/reboot your PC.
