Change Windows 7 Boot Screen

i tried to change the windows 7 boot screen with some vista visual making program

turns out it didn't work and now my screen is black whenever i start up vista

how do i fix this problem

use TweakLogon or something like this to restore it to default or any other you may want

oh after i restore it back to default can i use the program to change the windows 7 boot screen
