Cheapest processor I can view 1080p with

Hi
I have a old computer with a p4 3.2ghz processor, 4gb ram, radeon x800 ....
I wish to view 1080p video with it and apparently my motherboard DOES support the core2 line of chips.
I also happen to be broke.
What is the best bang for my buck for a chip that can handle the video?

Well first we need to know which motherboard do you have in your system?

These are very decent yet low priced intel dual core processors:

E5300 & E5400

However; i am not sure they will work on your system board until we have the info.
