Most of us will never make it to space. Fortunately, NASA does a great job bringing out-of-this-world views to us. It’s most recent effort provides a highly detailed glimpse unlike any we’ve seen to date.

Astronaut Terry Virts took a trip to the International Space Station in December of last year. Fortunately for us, he packed a camera capable of recording video in 4K. Upon coming back to our blue planet last week, he shared his footage with NASA.

To say the imagery in this four-minute clip is stunning would be a massive understatement. With any luck, we’ll get more footage like this moving forward.

Found is a TechSpot feature where we share clever, funny or otherwise interesting stuff from around the web.

For this to look truly magnificent, you need to watch the 2160p content on a 2160p screen, with a powerful device pushing the signal. There have been many reports of pixelation and up-scaling issues with 4K TV's.
Some users are even saying standard blu rays look better on 1080p screens then 4K screens due to the aforementioned reasons.
