And there was me thinking a fascist government in Germany (which is part of the 'west' by the way) started invading Poland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France and the Soviet Union etc etc and ethnic cleansing populations as it went, and the World War came about by a slow aggregation of foreign countries (The Allies) who were being threatened and attacked by Germany and it's Axis chums...
