CiD Browser pop ups, are they infection/Trojan

Since yesterday whenever I open Internet explorer, I keep getting lots of new windows opening up with the name CiD and then different advertising company addresses attached. This has been happening since my daughter installed MSN Plus Live. I have also experienced hearing an american radio station blaring from my laptop, but this happens when no windows are open on the task bar.

I have run Microsoft Onecare to check for viruses and Adaware for popups, but nothing has been found.

I have uninstalled MSN Plus Live, but the problem is still happening.

Can anyone shed any light for me.

Thanks

CiD - browser pop ups

Thanks for your reply.
I have gone through and run the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions as you suggested and have attached the logs.

I am still experiencing unwanted pop ups with the name CiD included in the title bar. Initially they were harmless enough looking advertising, but yesterday a browser page with hard core pornography was opened onto my desktop. Not what I want my child to see.

When running SS&D, it detected 1 Malware entry called NoAdware, but was unable to remove it.

On step13, I was unable to run my Microsoft OneCare antivirus programme in safe mode. It would not allow me.

Everything else has been done.
