Combining Files in Multiple Folders in Acrobat

As the title implies, I come across a lot of files that are in multiple sub-folders, and just want everything combined, maybe even with the folder architecture kept in the boot mark part of acrobat, if that's possible. I would be happy with not having add each folders contents individually.

Any one have any ideas??

Well I did some more digging, only to find out you can do, but you have to have Acrobat 8, not 7....

Most of our machines have Acrobat Professional 7. But two of them have Acrobat Standard 8...and they can do it
