computer freeze during post memory count

This is the first time I had encounter this issue, I tried to removing almost every cords I can think off inspect to sniffing everything nothing burn or anything out of the ordinary. Computer suddently freeze during post memory count (well after the count has finished) so basically I cannot troubleshoot through BIOS not to mention through CD... so I'm thinking it must be hardware issue but I cannot find which one is which (perhap the MB itself?) please help me out guyz

If possible, Enter BIOS setup and set it to default.

Remove all memory sticks but one and try it. if same switch sticks and try.

Also I have seen sometimes clearing the CMOS ( moving the jumper to pins 2-3 for 5-10 secs) works
