Computer Freezing

  1. Usually freezes after I sign in and it ends up on desktop ,what can I do I can't get past. this I tried disabling everything on msconfig but only problem is then I can not get on the internet with everything off to be able to do virus scans.

    and recently just freezes on desktop imediatley trying to disable everything again......
    here is all the stuff I have on my computer I bought online

    its a windows 10 64bit os disk
    I have a msi motherboad
    1 AMD Socket AM3+ FX Phenom 2 SATA DDR3 MB
    3 AMD FX-6200 AM3+ 4.1GHZ SIX CORE CPU
    5 Premium 4GB DDR3 1333MHZ PC3-10600 Chip
    6 500GB Serial ATA SATA 7200Rpm Hard Drive
    7 AMD Radeon R7 360 2GB DPort HDMI DVI
    8 Onboard Audio - Integrated Sound Card
    9 Onboard LAN - Integrated Ethernet Card
    10 USB 2.0 802.11G/N WIRELESS N150 ADAPTER
    Whats you PC ? specify model. : it says A960M-M4 ,
    ACPI x64 based pc
    amd fx 6300 six core processor
    msi motherboard
    2. How much RAM do you have?: 4GB I believe I saw it said befor
    3. Did your computer come with a pre-installed windows 10? or upgraded from another version?: new install Windows 10 is refurbished disk

    I'm a bit lost as to what you are doing and what is happening. Can we clarify?

    There are two diagnostic modes available - SAFE MODE and CLEAN BOOT.

    SAFE MODE is 'deepest' - using the least software to enable a basic Windows system. For more information see:

    CLEAN BOOT can be set to run just Microsoft software and drivers and offers a method to control other software. Information about using this is here:

    Both of these offer networking. Both of these require ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS.

    - boot machine
    - POST is "ok"
    - windows starts
    - select user
    - enter user password
    - ???
