I'm sorry I have to add to your list of people to help, but I have tried a few times to troubleshoot but everything I have done has ended up in another problem leading to freezing...
Currently the situation is as follows,
I start my computer, everything loads up fine... then I use google chrome for a while and after maybe about 5 minutes, it starts to freeze up, where the mouse becomes permanently loading but is unable to finish loading... after a while the whole com will freeze up...
The current error at the time of freezing as according to event viewer seems to be this one
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the WerSvc service.
This was after I tried to fix this problem
"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Windows Error Reporting Service service to connect."
by changing its services status from manual to automatic...
