Computer makes long beep when starting up

This morning my computer was working fine, but then I restarted it to update, it restarted but then the monitor turns black and the computer makes a long, continuous ‘flat line’ type of beep. I’ve looked up multiple solutions but none of them work, so I’ve come to this forum for help.

I was updating a Windows 10 defender update, I’ve tried reseating the RAM, Cleaning all of it, reaseating my GPU, I have a Windows 10 installation disk but when I insert it nothing happens the computer starts up normally with shortcuts to the BIOS, after the the screen goes black and it make a long continuous beep

Hi Sorry for late reply. Here's ways to recover W10. You may have to go into BIOS and change boot order to boot from flash.
