Computer screen black noise from speakers.

Hi

I got a problem I was hoping some You might know how 2 solve.

When playing AoE III, Civ4 and alike my computerscreen go black at random (not completely there are lines and spots that flashes)
Also a sound that reminds me of tuning into a radiostation comes out of the external speakers.

At this point i can only reboot, and the comp is fine until i play these games again.
I have no problems playing FEAR, CoD2 and other games in that category.

I recently installed a new gfx, but these problems occured b4 aswell.
I dont think it has something to do with heat or the PSU
Max temp on load is usually 55C on CPU and 50C in chassis

Computer is:
PSU: NorthQ 4001 EXT 400W (new)
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.2 GHz Socket 754
MSI K8N NEO Platinum Edition S754
nForce3 250GB,SATA,GbLAN,ATX,Raid
Crucial PC3200 DDR-DIMM 512MB CL3 5ns
Unbuffered, Non-parity, 2.5V, 64Meg x 64 (2 of these, tested by shop)
GeForce 7600GS 512MB DDR2, AGP8X, DVI-I/Tv-Out, Heatpipe

Edit: Happens much more frequent in AoE than Civ, maks 15 min play in AoE, while Civ can run for hours, but it to will crash eventually

Don't know if this helps, but was given a replacement card myself which is the 7600GS and they are flakey to say the least. This may very well be the problem as I get freezing issues in COD2 with this card also and ma getting it replaced as a result, it has been giving me flickering in AOE3 as well.
