Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me out!
my brother gave me a used sata hard drive that he found at work.
it was 160 GB so i fugured i would use it for extra storage/backup etc...
both hard drives are sata including my boot drive so i didn't have to do any master/slave work but when i turned on my computer it froze when the message starting windows appeared. i turned it off and i uninstalled the 160 GB sata hard drive and i unplugged the cables and left my computer the way it was before trying to add the used hard drive. when i turned my computer on again the same thing happened, it froze when the starting windows message appeared once more, so i turned it off and on, i can't go into safe mode o again and now i can't even see windows startr into the bios or anything because the monitor is pitch black, i can't see nothing at all and i'm, my monitor is working because i'm using it as i write, shoot i'm really scared because i've been working on a project that i need to turn in soon and i can't afford to loose my data!!!
