I tried to horn in on a conversation below and get this answered and it did not work, so--- I want to set up RAID1 to backup a data hard drive. The drive D: is a 2 terabyte drive with some large files, the largest being 512 GIG, being quite hard to backup. I was wondering if I could setup a RAID 1 so the material would get backed up all the time I have two of these drives and am wondering if I would have to have exactly the same thing on the drives, or would the RAID erase and backup to the second drive? If u have any questions ask and I will try to annswere better than I have here.
