Confusion Why My Computer Is Overheating And Shutting Down

Okay, here's the scenario. My computer is randomly shutting off and not powering back on and I press the power button. I entered my bios for my motherboard and opened the hardware monitor and my CPU temp was up to 103 Degrees Celcius. However, I haven't monkeyed with anything inside of it and my fans are all spinning. The ambience temperature and motherboard temperature were both where they were when my computer was working properly. The cpu fan's rpms were what they should be also. What can I do to remedy the problem?

Sorry about the post I fixed the problem. One of the pins for my heatsink popped out of place and it was seated on an angle.
