Hello,
My computer is connected via Ethernet cable and is receiving and sending packages but the is no internet connection. Already tried resetting ipconfig. Below is my ipconfig /all. Network is working perfectly on other PC's and used to work on this one aswell until I reinstalled windows. Checked drivers for Ethernet card they are ok.

Oh and I tried to connect my iPhone tethering via USB and it's exactly the same. So it's not Ethernet adapter

The gateway is shown as 10.20.0.1
get a command prompt and enter
ping 10.20.0.1
ping 8.8.8.8
both should respond with timing values and neither should timeout

GREAT - - your tcp connectivity is just fine, now let's test the DNS
this should look like the others and again w/o timeouts

That's what I feared and it explains why all devices attached to the router have "No Access"- - -and that's a misnomer.
The fact is any request to resolve a domain name is timing out, thus failing, thus creating the symptom "No Access".

Use the Device Mgr, scroll to Network Adapters, expand and get the manufacture+model number of your NIC.

Go to their website, find support or downloads and fetch the correct driver.
