Control Audio & Video Playback on Chrome

Go to Chrome://flags//autoplay-policy in the Chrome browser. I copy/pasted Chrome://flags//autoplay-policy in google chrome browser , but NO Auto play https://www.thewindowsclub.com/control-audio-video-playback-chrome showed, just a blank screen chrome://flags//autoplay-policy

I was sent a video from a friend this morning, it does not play in Google Chrome but FF & Opera it works fine. I have received similiar videos from others & no problem in Google Chrome, why not now??

I use these add-ons in chrome to increase the volume beyond the maximum level. But in both Ubuntu and Windows, these add-ons make the "full screen" button of any playing video not work properly when turned on.

It's good that they play for you in the other browsers. If it was fully explained we'd probably be unable to understand anyway. There's nothing to be concerned about.
