Core 2 Duo - 2GB DDR2 - 7950GX2 - Motherboard Help Please

Can anyone recommend a motherboard that will work with the following hardware.

CPU:
Core 2 Duo E6600

Ram:
G.Skill 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-pin 6400

Will be running Windows XP Home OEM.

I have already purchased all this hardware, just having a little trouble finding a motherboard that supports all of it. From what I understand some motherboards will only allow 1 GPU on the 7950GX2 to run, and a lot of motherboards only support 5400 Ram, or they don't fully support 6400 Ram and are picky about the voltage of my G.Skill.
Do I need a Nvidia Chipset?
Also, I should say that I probably wont be overclocking.

Help with finding a motherboard please.

Both are good boards, the g.skill memory reviews list both as compatible, I've seen 7950gx2 cards installed on both, but not xfx brand, I don't think brand would make much difference as far as compatibility though.
