Could I build a gaming pc out of Xbox ones

I'm thinking of finally after 15 years leaving consoles behind and going down the pc route.. but could I build a gaming pc out of xbox ones internals

The simple answer is no. Although the internal components are based on items available for a desktop PC, there are no drivers nor operating system for them that you could use. If you had the full ability to reverse engineer all of that (which is, to all intents and purposes, impossible to do by a single person) then all you'd end up with is a pretty average PC - one considerably worse than what you could buy with all the money you'd have earned in the first place if you were able to create all the relevant software to use the internals for your own purpose.
