Crashes Randomly (minidumps included)

XP has been crashing on me often for quite some time. This happens often during times of heavy CPU load but has also happened when executing simple key commands in various programs. I've done the usual virus/spyware and disc checks, though my OS drive does need a defrag. Any help reading these minidumps would be appreciated.
