Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 VX vs Asrock H97 Pro4 motherboard integrated sound card

I have an Asrock H97 Pro4 motherboard with an integrated sound card and I would like to know if the Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 VX could bring any additional benefits to my audio experience in gaming and movies. I have a 2.1 Logitech Z523 system and I will soon buy a 5.1 Microlab M-1910 audio system.
