critical system error

i dont understand how i go this. i was at school and my husband told me about it im a security and forensics student and im like lost. ive run norton antivirus i had avast when it started but i took it off. i have no idea where to start! please help

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.


Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
