Daily BSODs on XP

I have been having this BSOD for the past 5 months and I didn't bother to try to fix the issue until now. It's a pretty old computer. Didn't change the hardware since it was bought back in 2006. Had it fixed by a technician several times in the past but not this time. I can't access safe mode and I think I lost my Windows XP Reinstallation CD. I can't find it anywhere. Here is the stop code:

STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x866EA922, 0xF7A6B7B0, 0xF7A6B4AC)

I'm not that much of a techie, but I have some knowledge. Any help will be appreciated . Thanks in advance!

I am afraid you will have to find an XP install CD and re-install XP fresh. You might have a hardware failure, but any hardware problem should show up during an XP install. Good luck
