Default Account name

Running win xp pro I have 4 accounts shown under "Control userpasswords2"
Administrator (Administrators)
Bob (Administrators)
ASPNET (Users)
Guest (Guests)
How can I get Windows to load my (Bob) account when I boot windows as a default? It now loads into Administrator and then I have to switch to Bob.
Im the only one using this computer and want it be more direct rather than to have to go through the extra steps.
This also applies to shutdown. I would like a direct shutdown with out any warnings that other users are using the computer.

all admin accounts should have passwords, non-blank

then under User Accounts, change the way users login and enable Fast User Switching

boot time will present ICONs per/user; click on Bob and away you go

You want to install tweakui.

It install under C:\windows\system32. Run it and set Autologon for Bob
