Dell Password Remove?

Hi! I bought Dell D620 Latitude Laptop over E-bay and it seems to be locked. :suspiciou
Is there someone who can help me? It's a security password and I can't boot a single program or do anything without that. I try to find motherboard jumper but there isn't any. ANY BRIGHT SOLUTIONS? (crack program, tag security password generator or something like that)

Thanks But already read all of that and nothing worked Is there any other way except calling Dell or waiting on Rusam to re-appear ? I re-assembeld the mashine but I couldn't find the cmos chip
