Desktop keeps rebooting

Hello everyone I am new to the forums and I hope you guys and gal can help me.
I hve had my gaming desktop for about 4 years now and the fans have always blown queit loud so I was wondering if there is anyway to keep them quiet reason I ask my son has autsim and the blowing sound hurts his ears and I hve trouble going on it when he is downstairs.
And the next thing but major thing is that for the past year my pc keeps either sticking or just rebootiing by it self and I am now concerned that it is starting to go should I take it to a computer guy to check it out.

4 year old machine -

clear dust, renew thermal paste under heatsinks, clean (and possibly lubricate fans). use MSI (or similar) utility to set fan speeds

Consider adding more fans so you can set them all at 1/2 speed.
