DirectX 9.0c Could Not Copy

hi,
i tried installing DirectX 9.0c and when it was just finalizing it said DirectX could not copy a required file and then it is installation failed.

what can i do to fix this problem.

Have you tried re-downloading it?

What is your current version of DirectX?
