Disk at 100% in task manager

I'm running Windows 10 ladtop. The problem is I feel the ladtop isva little dragging, so I open th etask manager and it shows the disk tab is using 100% while I'm literally doing nothing. There were sometimes that it back to below 10%. But sometimes it went up all of sudden. I did try to google and disable superfetch all kind of stuff. But it still happens somehow.
