Disk space is at its max

my disk space is at its max on my C and D drive what can i do to clear some space. Thanks

Start Menu - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Disk Cleanup, maybe?

 

[RealBlackStuff]

Get rid of all programs that have not been used since install.
