DLLHOST.EXE taking up 99% CPU

Last night my computer was running perfect but when i woke up today my computer was running extremly slow and my CPU usage was at 100% because of a Dllhost.exe process.

I have looked all over the place to find a way to remove it and all i am getting is sites for free scans. I thought just to end process and i dont want to mess up anything because its a process windows.

Can anyone help me figure out what to do?

First, let`s check to make sure your DLLHOST.EXE file is legit and running from the correct location.
