Does anyone have AT&T internet?

If so, what modem or modem/router do you have? Is it better to have a modem and then buy your own router for this? Or is it better to have their 2wire solution? Will it make much difference to have the 1701HG or the 2701HG? Anyone care to comment?

I currently have ATT, DSL as my internet provider. When I signed up for the service I received a modem from them back when it was SBC. I installed a wireless router for more flexibility. The router I used is linksys until it died about a month ago which I now have netgear. hope this helps.
