Driver IRQL not less or equal

I'm currently using an ASUS K52F notebook and it's running on Windows 7 Premium 64-bit. I only get this driver error when I try to connect my computer to my phone acting as a mobile hotspot. I have taken a screenshots of the error page to assist with this issue. Any suggestions on how to remedy this issue?

Post any minidumps by going to C:\windows\minidump. Minidump files have a .dmp extension. Select all the .dmp files. Right-click and send the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here

A wireless network driver is being flagged in the minidumps. Do you see any yellow (!) explanation points in the device manager?

I don't see any with a yellow explanation. I checked them all my network adapter drivers and all were up to date.

Still getting BSOD's? Are you over-clocking?
