Dual Boot

How do I set my PC to dual boot?
I'm trying to install my old windows 95 games to my windows Vista, which doesn't run 16 bit programs.

There is also the possibility to resize the disk inside the Win7 installation, on the second screen press + F10.This brings up the command, in it you have access to micro command link "diskpart" tool, maybe not the most user friendly but it gets the job done...

How would I Install in compatibility mode?
I know how one would play in compatibility mode (right click icon and all that)
But I can't even install it.

The main screen pops up
I press Install
Then a message box shows up and says "can not install"
Along those lines anyway.

Where is the second screen and how would I press ****?
Or is that a cuss word...
