Dvd novice

hello there,
Have recently purchased dvd+r/rw and put into use however when playing dvds the picture is split into three with a small centre section and left and right sections, the problem is that the left and right sections are on the opposite sides left on right and right on the left, could someone please tell me what i have done wrong

What are you using to watch the videos? Try Power DVD if you don't already have it. What ever program you are using, uninstall it and reinstall it.
